Important Disclosures

General Disclaimer

Brighter Future Family Office & Capital ("Brighter Future," "we," "us," or "our") is a registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Registration with the SEC does not imply a certain level of skill or training. This website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities or investment advisory services.

Investment Risk

All investments involve risk, including the potential loss of principal. There is no guarantee that any investment strategy will achieve its objectives or avoid losses. Alternative investments, including private equity, venture capital, private credit, and hedge funds, involve a high degree of risk and are suitable only for sophisticated investors who can afford to lose their entire investment.

Alternative investments are generally illiquid, may have limited transparency, may employ leverage, may involve complex tax structures, and may have limited regulatory oversight. Investors should carefully review all offering documents and consult with their own legal, tax, and financial advisors before investing.

Past Performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any historical returns, expected returns, or probability projections may not reflect actual future performance. All investments involve risk, and investment results will fluctuate over time.

Forward-Looking Statements

This website may contain forward-looking statements regarding our beliefs, expectations, and intentions. These statements are subject to risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update any forward-looking statements.

Client Suitability

Brighter Future's services are available only to "qualified purchasers" as defined under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Generally, this requires individual investors to have at least $5,000,000 in investments or family entities to have at least $25,000,000 in investments. Prospective clients will be required to provide documentation establishing their qualified purchaser status.

Compensation and Conflicts of Interest

Brighter Future receives compensation in the form of management fees based on assets under management and, in some cases, performance-based compensation. We may also receive compensation from third-party investment managers for capital allocated on behalf of clients. These arrangements create potential conflicts of interest, which are fully disclosed in our Form ADV Part 2A brochure.

FINRA and SEC Oversight

While Brighter Future is registered with the SEC, we are not a member of FINRA as we do not engage in broker-dealer activities. All communications from our firm are subject to SEC rules governing investment adviser advertising and communications, including Rule 206(4)-1 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Privacy Policy

We take the privacy and confidentiality of client information seriously. Our privacy policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect client information, is available upon request and is provided to all clients at the inception of the advisory relationship.
